Is the product image on the website an exact representation of the physical product?

Please note that the digital product photo displayed is an illustrative representation and may differ from the actual product. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but due to variations in electronic devices and other factors, the product you receive may appear slightly different. What can I get refund for?

Refunds are issued only for goods that have been purchased directly from and returned in their original condition.

When can I expect my money back?

You should receive refunds in approximately 2-3 weeks


When will I receive my shipment?

We know you can't wait to receive your shipment, but when you place your order, it generally leaves our warehouse within 2-3 business days. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, it may not ship until Monday or Tuesday. Our working days are from Monday to Friday.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you have confirmed your order and received your order number, we cannot cancel or make changes to your order. Please make sure you enter the correct information before purchasing.


Can I exchange parts of the package products I got?

Items purchased together as a package cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

Can I Return My Order?


Items ordered from may be returned if they meet the below conditions:

  • Items must be new, unopened, undamaged and include all components

  • Return shipments must include a copy of the original packing slip
